1987年,哈尔滨市建立了包括恶性肿瘤在内的“五病报告制度”。1989年成立了哈尔滨市肿瘤报告登记处,置于市肿瘤防办领导下,并于1990年被吸收为全国肿瘤登记工作协作组成员单位。现将两年来肿瘤发病监测工作情况简介如下: 一、肿瘤发病登记工作制度的建立哈尔滨市肿瘤登记工作的开展,可以分为两个阶段。第一阶段:自1987年3月开始试行“五病登记报告制度”,如:(1)要求凡本市所辖区内的各级医疗单位及医务人员,对本市(含市辖县)市民初次诊断为恶性肿瘤、高血压、冠心病、肺心病、脑血管病等病例,均按统一的规定登记薄登记,并填写五

For example: (1) All levels of medical units and medical personnel within the jurisdiction of this Municipality shall be required for the first time for citizens of this Municipality (including municipally controlled counties). The cases diagnosed as malignant tumor, hypertension, coronary heart disease, pulmonary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, etc. are all registered according to the unified regulations and are filled in.
