组织文化在人力资源开发管理中发挥着极其重要的功能。随着社会的进步以及政府机构改革的不断深化,事业单位对组织文化建设的需求也日益凸显。然而,针对事业单位组织文化建设的专门性理论和应用研究并不充分,如何在事业单位推行系统的组织文化建设是一个全新的课题。文章通过对组织文化内涵的阐述,结合当前事业单位组织文化建设的现状和困境,提出了事业单位组织文化建设的模式。
Organizational culture plays an extremely important role in the development and management of human resources. With the progress of society and the continuous deepening of the reform of government agencies, the demand for organizational culture by public institutions has also become increasingly prominent. However, the specific theory and application research on the organizational culture construction of PSUs is not sufficient. How to promote systematic organizational culture in public institutions is a new topic. By elaborating the connotation of organizational culture and combining with the current situation and difficulties of organizational culture construction in current public institutions, the paper puts forward the mode of organizational cultural construction in public institutions.
