“趁热吃”一向是中国人待客的一句客套话,不过,这种礼节似乎应该改改了。据台湾癌症临床研究发展基金会的一项报告指出,吃得过冷过热都会有损肠道和身体机能,平时多吃和体温相近的食物,可以延缓肠胃老化,助人延年益寿。
“Hot to eat ” has always been a courtesy Chinese hospitality, however, this etiquette seems to be changed. According to a report by Taiwan Foundation for Cancer Clinical Research and Development, eating too hot and too cold will impair the intestine and body functions. Eating more food with similar body temperature usually delays the gastrointestinal aging and helps people to live longer.
