激励是领导者对下属所必须的一种行为,它的有效与否关系到下属的工作热情和积极性,这也是本文的主要研究目的。本文介绍了有关于激励的一些基本的情况如激励的含义与内容,激励的基本理论,手段,作用等。通过论述这些最基本的方面来讲述激励对一个企业所带来的重大意义。最后经过以上的方法来引导出本文的研究结果和目的,本文的研究结果是在不同的条件下领导者应该怎样来对员工进行行之有效的激励和企业的领导者应该从哪些方面着手来建立一个对本企业而言有效的激励机制。
Incentives are an action that a leader must make to subordinates. Its effectiveness is related to the subordinate’s work enthusiasm and enthusiasm, which is also the main purpose of this paper.
