用萃取法对氯化烟尘酸浸液中钪的提纯进行了实验研究。萃取体系采用P204+改质剂+磺化煤油。结果表明:钪的萃取率为99.7%,铁、锰的去除率最高分别达到98.1%和99.3%。有机相用NaOH溶液反萃,反萃率可达99.6%,有效地实现了钪与铁、锰杂质的分离。
Purification of scandium in acidified soot by chlorination was studied by extraction method. Extraction system using P204 + modifier + sulfonated kerosene. The results showed that the scandium extraction rate was 99.7%, and the removal rates of iron and manganese reached 98.1% and 99.3% respectively. The organic phase was stripped with NaOH solution, and the stripping efficiency was 99.6%. The separation of scandium from iron and manganese impurities was effectively achieved.
