目的 :探讨膀胱灌注 10 -羟基喜树碱 (10 - HCPT)预防肿瘤复发的临床疗效。方法 :对 2 6例膀胱肿瘤患者在施行膀胱部分切除术或经尿道膀胱肿瘤电气化术后作 10 - HCPT10 m g加生理盐水 2 0 ml膀胱灌注治疗。结果 :所有患者均获 16～ 5 7个月随访 ,平均 34 .7个月 ,2 4例无肿瘤复发 ;2例于 2年后肿瘤复发。结论 :膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注 10 - HCPT治疗效果可靠 ,副作用微小 ,无全身性化疗反应发生。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of intravesical instillation of 10 - hydroxycamptothecin (10 - HCPT) in preventing tumor recurrence. Methods: Twenty - six patients with bladder cancer underwent partial bladder resection or transurethral electrovaporization of the bladder tumor for 10 - HCPT 10 m g plus normal saline 20 mL intravesical instillation. Results: All patients were followed up for 16-57 months (average 34.7 months), 24 cases had no tumor recurrence and 2 cases had tumor recurrence after 2 years. Conclusion: Bladder tumor after bladder irrigation 10 - HCPT treatment is reliable, with minimal side effects and no systemic chemotherapy.
