非甾体消炎药双氯灭痛,酮基布洛芬和萘普生对兔眼前房穿刺引起的房水蛋白升高的抑制率分别为76.98%;61.71%和20.83%。对穿刺引起的缩瞳抑制作用以酮基布洛芬作用最强,在各检查时间点,其瞳孔横经与对照组比较均有显著差异性(P<0.05)。双氯灭痛仅在15和30分钟时有显著差异(P<0.05)。萘普生无明显作用。实验为双氯灭痛和酮基布洛芬作为消炎滴眼剂提供了实验依据。
Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs diclofenac, ketoprofen and naproxen on the rabbit’s anterior chamber puncture caused by aqueous humor inhibition rates were 76.98%, 61.71% and 20.83%. The inhibition of miosis caused by puncture was the strongest effect of ketoprofen. At each time point, the pupil transverse direction was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.05). Diclofenac had a significant difference only at 15 and 30 minutes (P <0.05). Naproxen no significant effect. Experiments for diclofenac and ketoprofen provide an experimental basis for anti-inflammatory eye drops.
