结合一栋52层、高224.8m的超高层混合结构,对比分析了楼面钢梁连接方式对带加强层的超高层混合结构的性能、施工进度、造价等多方面的影响。分析结果表明,超高层混合结构楼面梁宜用两端铰接或与外框柱刚接、与核心筒铰接的连接形式;通过设置加强层形成刚臂-核心筒抗侧力结构体系能够有效抵抗水平荷载;楼面梁两端铰接与两端刚接相比能够节省约10%的上部结构造价。
Combined with a 52-story and 224.8-m super-high-rise mixed structure, the influence of the connection of the floor steel beam to the performance, construction schedule and cost of the super-high-rise mixed structure with reinforced layer is analyzed. The analysis results show that the structure beam of super high-rise mixed structure floor beam should be hinged at both ends or rigidly connected with the outer frame column and be connected with the core tube hingedly; the rigid arm-core tube anti- Horizontal load; the articulation of the floor beams at both ends can save about 10% of the cost of the superstructure compared to the just-connected ends.
