目的 :研究肿瘤患者外周血淋巴细胞 ( peripheralbloodlymphocytes ,PBL )的体外化疗药物敏感性 ,以及与肿瘤细胞化疗药敏的相关性。方法 :采用MTT法测定了 14 2例肿瘤患者PBL及其肿瘤细胞对 17种临床常用化疗药物的敏感性。结果 :神经胶质瘤患者PBL与肿瘤细胞对15种化疗药的敏感性相关性好 ,差异无统计学意义 ,P >0 0 5 ;骨肉瘤患者PBL与肿瘤细胞对 13种化疗药的敏感性相关性好 ,差异无统计学意义 ,P >0 0 5 ;乳腺癌患者PBL和肿瘤细胞对 12种化疗药物的敏感性差异有统计学意义 ,P <0 0 5或P<0 0 1。结论 :神经胶质瘤和骨肉瘤患者PBL对化疗药物的敏感性具有良好的正相关性 ,提示PBL的体外化疗敏感性检测对这两种肿瘤的临床化疗药物的选择具有重要的参考价值
OBJECTIVE: To study in vitro chemotherapeutic drug sensitivity of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) in tumor patients and their correlation with chemosensitivity of tumor cells. Methods: MTT assay was used to determine the sensitivity of PBL and its tumor cells to 17 kinds of commonly used chemotherapeutic drugs in 142 patients with tumor. Results: There was no significant difference between PBL and 15 chemotherapeutic drugs in glioma patients, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); the sensitivity of PBL and tumor cells to 13 chemotherapeutic drugs in osteosarcoma patients The correlation was good and the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The sensitivity of PBL and tumor cells to 12 chemotherapeutic agents in breast cancer patients was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: The sensitivity of PBL to chemotherapeutic drugs in gliomas and osteosarcoma patients has a positive correlation, suggesting that in vitro chemosensitivity testing of PBL has an important reference value for the selection of clinical chemotherapeutics in these two kinds of tumors
