随着机械设备自动化程度的越来越高,设备仪表的故障也越复杂,现场效验热工仪表,可以对系统的再次正常运行的时间大大缩短,对生产的影响降到最低。现场校准仪器的方法应结合热工仪表的工作原理、机械自动化技术和现场效验准则,降低故障发生的几率,把热工效率稳步提升。
As the degree of automation of mechanical equipment becomes higher and higher, the more complex the faults of equipment and meters, the thermal efficiency of field instruments can greatly shorten the normal operation of the system and minimize the impact on production. The method of on-site calibration of the instrument should be combined with the working principle of thermal instrumentation, mechanical automation technology and field performance criteria to reduce the probability of failure, the thermal efficiency steadily.
