目的 :评估Milwaukee支具在青少年特发性脊柱侧凸 (AIS)中的应用价值。方法 :对 15 4例AIS患者接受支具规范治疗与非规范治疗平均随访 2 1个月的临床疗效进行比较分析。结果 :规范治疗组免于手术率及治疗有效率与非规范组存在显著性差异。结论 :Milwaukee支具能有效地控制青少年特发性脊柱侧凸畸形的进展 ,应提倡早期规范化治疗 ,切忌非规范使用 ,尽量避免过早施行终末期手术 Objective: To evaluate the value of Milwaukee brace in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS). Methods: The clinical efficacy of 15 4 AIS patients receiving standard-of-care and non-canonical treatment for a mean follow-up of 21 months was analyzed. Results: There was a significant difference between the standard treatment group and the non-standard treatment group in terms of operation rate and treatment efficiency. Conclusion: The Milwaukee brace can effectively control the progression of idiopathic scoliosis deformity in adolescents. Early standardized treatment should be advocated. Non-standard use should be avoided and premature end-stage surgery should be avoided
