[目的]观察加味四逆散对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)肝郁模型大鼠的治疗效果。[方法]采用免疫法及束缚法的复合因素制作UC肝郁大鼠模型,检测加味四逆散各剂量组与模型组整体状态、病理形态学以及髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性。[结果]加味四逆散各剂量组肉眼观察肠管黏膜皱襞纹理清晰,少见或无糜烂,未见溃疡;镜下见黏膜上皮及腺管排列整齐,极向明显,杯状细胞丰富,间质充血水肿不明显,基本形态与正常组相似;MPO活性明显降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中各项指标以加味四逆散中剂量组效果最佳。[结论]加味四逆散对UC肝郁模型大鼠具有显著的修复溃疡及抗炎作用。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiawei Sini San on rats with ulcerative colitis (UC) liver depression. [Methods] UC hepatic cirrhosis rat model was made by the combination of immunological and binding methods. The overall state, pathomorphology, and myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity of each dose group and model group of Modified Sinisan were tested. [Results] Modified Sini Powder at different doses showed a clear texture of intestine mucosal folds with naked eyes. There was no or no ulceration. Under the microscope, mucosal epithelium and adenocarcinoma were well-arranged, with extremely obvious goblet cells and interstitial hyperemia. The edema was not obvious, and the basic morphology was similar to that of the normal group; the MPO activity was significantly reduced, and there was a statistically significant difference compared with the model group (P<0.01). Among them, the indexes of the medium-dose group of Modified Sini Powder were the best. [Conclusion] Modified Sini Powder had significant repairing ulcer and anti-inflammatory effects on UC liver-rat model rats.
