天然冬虫夏草资源日趋匮乏,而人工培养冬虫夏草与之成分相近,其中各种成分对机体的免疫调节作用已被广泛证实。国内多项实验研究表明,人工培养冬虫夏草提取物对机体非特异性免疫包括红细胞免疫、单核巨噬细胞系统、自然杀伤细胞及细胞因子等具有调节作用,同时对机体特异性免疫包括细胞免疫和体液免疫也呈现双向调节作用。现对近年来人工培养冬虫夏草提取物免疫调节的实验研究进行综述。
The resources of natural Cordyceps sinensis are becoming scarce, while the artificially cultivated Cordyceps sinensis has similar composition, and the immune regulation effects of various components on the body have been widely confirmed. A number of experimental studies in China have shown that artificially cultivated Cordyceps sinensis extracts regulate non-specific immune system including red blood cell immunity, monocyte-macrophage system, natural killer cells and cytokines, as well as specific immunity including cellular immunity and body fluids. Immunity also shows two-way regulation. Now we review the experimental research on the immune regulation of artificially cultivated Cordyceps sinensis in recent years.
