38CrMoA l钢成分不易控制,易出现点状偏析。采取氧化期用铁皮和氧气做氧化、保证还原期钢液中残铝含量大于0.10%、加铝前大量扒渣、加铝后只加少量铝粉、加铝至出钢时间控制在(7~10)m in之内等措施,解决了成分控制问题。控制适当的钢液的过热度,缩小液固两相间的温差,缩短液固二相共存区存在的时间,创造良好的结晶条件,限制球状晶体的发展,可以有效地解决钢材低倍点状偏析质量问题。
