利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和傅里叶红外测试仪(FT-IR)对制备的PA6纳米纤维和PANI/PA6、Ag-PANI/PA6复合纳米纤维进行分析表征,使用实验室自制的气敏测试系统进行氨敏性能测试。结果表明:静电纺丝制备的PA6纳米纤维成丝情况较好;PANI原位聚合以后,纤维表面变得粗糙,纤维直径保持均匀且有所增加;磁控溅射时间为30s,所得的复合纳米材料银粒子在其表面分布相对均匀,且对氨气(50~250ppm NH3)的敏感性能最佳。
The prepared PA6 nanofibers and PANI / PA6 and Ag-PANI / PA6 composite nanofibers were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) System for ammonia sensitivity test. The results showed that PA6 nanofibers prepared by electrospinning were better than others. After in situ polymerization of PANI, the surface of the fibers became rough and the diameter of the fibers remained uniform and increased. The magnetron sputtering time was 30s. Silver particles are relatively uniform on the surface of the material, and have the best sensitivity to ammonia (50 ~ 250ppm NH3).
