英语专业英语阅读课的改革是众多英语教师都在思考的问题。现阶段,我国英语专业阅读课教学重速度和阅读技巧的训练,但过于死板、刻板,这是不利于学生语言能力的全面发展与提高的。在泛读课上适当地融入听、说、写、译,背景知识的介绍是拓展英语泛读教学、改革泛读教学的可行思路之一。这与新时期,我国的英语专业需要树立起创新的教学理念,把培养创新型英语人才作为人才培养的目标是一脉相承的。
The reform of reading comprehension of English majors is a question that many English teachers are thinking. At this stage, the teaching of English major reading heavy emphasis on speed and reading skills training, but too rigid and rigid, which is not conducive to the overall development and improvement of students’ language ability. Introducing listening, speaking, writing, translating and background knowledge appropriately into the course of extensive reading is one of the feasible ideas to expand the teaching of English extensive reading and to reform the teaching of extensive reading. This is the new era, our English major needs to establish innovative teaching philosophy, to cultivate innovative English talents as the goal of personnel training is the same strain.
