2009年初,由广州市游泳运动管理中心主任陈德胜牵头的课题组,完成了广州市体育局自然科学类体育科研课题“广州市游泳现状调查和发展对策研究”。该课题由广州市体育科学研究所资助,课题编号:070803,课题组由刘幼琼、黄建新、吴民春、陈武山、李挚、朱达奇、程龙、迟爱光等同志组成。该课题成果分6部分,本刊本期刊登的是由迟爱光老师执笔完成的课题第3.5部分。
