水泥混凝土路面设计规范明确规定,所有高等级水泥混凝土路面必须设置传力杆,并且提出了加大传力杆直径的要求,因此刚性路面的钢材用量急剧增加。近年来,国内外钢材价格一直呈上升趋势,水泥混凝土路面建设将面临着大幅提高成本的局面。此外,钢筋由于接缝渗水容易导致锈蚀,而且钢筋表面硬度过大,在车轮荷载作用下极易导致与水泥混凝土接触面的损坏。因此,急需寻找一种钢质传力杆的替代品。由于复合材料具有的特性可以很好地解决以上问题,拟尝试利用填注混凝土玻璃钢管作为路用传力杆,就此进行了大量室内试验,并在野外修建了试验路。理论研究及试验结果表明,填注水泥混凝土的玻璃钢管代替传统的钢质传力杆是完全可行的。
Cement concrete pavement design specification clearly stipulates that all high-grade cement concrete pavement must be set force rod, and put forward to increase the force rod diameter requirements, so the rigid road steel consumption increased dramatically. In recent years, the price of steel both at home and abroad has been on an upward trend, and the construction of cement concrete pavement will face the situation of substantial cost increase. In addition, due to seepage of steel tendons easily lead to corrosion, and steel surface hardness is too large, under the wheel load can easily lead to damage to the interface with the cement concrete. Therefore, there is an urgent need to find a substitute for a steel dowel bar. Because of the characteristics of the composite material can be a good solution to these problems, it is intended to try to use the concrete filled with glass tube as a road force rod, a large number of indoor tests carried out in this field and the construction of the test road. Theoretical research and experimental results show that it is feasible to replace the traditional steel dowel bar with fiberglass pipes filled with cement concrete.
