模因是一种信息单位,它靠模仿、复制、传播而得以生存,具有可复制性、传播性、排他性和社会性。文献复制权是图书馆数字化过程中涉及知识产权问题最多的一种权利。网络环境下文献复制得到无限扩张,复制方便了用户的使用,拓展了图书馆的服务范围和功能,但同时也存在运行风险。模因特性视角下,应通过平衡各方利益关系、加强著作权法律法规建设等措施来规避数字化图书馆复制权运行风险。
Memetics is a unit of information that survives by imitation, reproduction, dissemination, replicability, communication, exclusivity and sociality. Document reproduction right is a kind of right that the intellectual property problem most involves in the library digitization process. Under the network environment, the copying of documents has been expanded indefinitely, and the copying has facilitated the use of users and expanded the service scope and functions of the library. However, there are also operational risks. From the perspective of memetic features, we should avoid the risk of copyright of digital library by balancing the interests of all parties and strengthening the construction of copyright laws and regulations.
