结果:A、B、C组血浆中SP含量均明显低于D组(46.2 ng/L±6.8 ng/L,62.4 ng/L±7.5 ng/L,61.7 ng/L±7.3 ng/L vs 86.2 ng/L±9.5 ng/L,P<0.05),而VIP均明显高于D组(84.6 ng/L±11.5 ng/L,68.9 ng/L±8.6n g/L,70.4 n g/L±8.4 n g/L vs 47.9 n g/L±5.8 ng/L,P<0.05).A组SP含量明显低于B组和C组(P<0.05),但VIP含量明显高于B组和C组(P<0.05).A组病程时间≤10年的S P明显低于病程时间>10年的患者(36.2 ng/L±4.6 ng/L vs 56.3 ng/L±7.3 ng/L,P<0.05);而VIP则高于病程时间>10年的患者(91.4n g/L±10.2 n g/L v s 70.5 n g/L±9.5 n g/L,P<0.05).S P与糖尿病病程呈负相关性(r=-0.35,P<0.05);VIP则呈正相关性(r=0.41,P<0.05).结论:糖尿病伴胃食管反流病患者血浆中SP呈低表达,VIP呈高表达,二者的表达均与糖尿病伴胃食管反流病的发生发展有着密切的联系,在临床中具有重要的意义.
Objective: To investigate the expression of substance P (SP) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) in patients with diabetes mellitus and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) Significance. Methods: Forty patients with diabetes mellitus and gastroesophageal reflux disease from Hainan Provincial Land Reclamation and General Hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were selected as group A, 40 as diabetes mellitus (group B) and 40 as gastroesophageal reflux disease , And another 40 healthy people in the same period were selected as group D. Plasma SP and VIP in 4 groups were measured and the expression of SP and VIP were observed and analyzed. Results: The content of SP in plasma of group A, B and C were significantly lower than that of group A D group (46.2 ng / L ± 6.8 ng / L, 62.4 ng / L ± 7.5 ng / L, 61.7 ng / L ± 7.3 ng / L vs 86.2 ng / L ± 9.5 ng / L, P < Were significantly higher than those in group D (84.6 ng / L ± 11.5 ng / L, 68.9 ng / L ± 8.6 ng / L, 70.4 ng / L ± 8.4 ng / L vs 47.9 ng / L ± 5.8 ng / L, P <0.05 ), The SP content in group A was significantly lower than that in group B and C (P <0.05), but the content of VIP in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and group C. The SP in group A less than 10 years was significantly lower than that in group C Patients who were> 10 years (36.2 ng / L ± 4.6 ng / L vs 56.3 ng / L ± 7.3 ng / L, P <0.05); While VIP was significantly higher than those in patients with duration> 10 years (91.4 ng / L ± 10.2 ng / L vs 70.5 ng / L ± 9.5 ng / L, P <0.05) .SP had a negative correlation with duration of diabetes (r = 0.35, P <0.05), and VIP was positively correlated (r = 0.41, P <0.05) .Conclusion: The plasma SP in diabetic patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease is low and VIP is highly expressed, both of which are associated with Diabetes with gastroesophageal reflux disease is closely related to the occurrence and development in the clinical is of great significance.
