中国虚拟天文台(China-VO)利用最新的云计算技术,通过网络整合了物理上分布的天文计算、存储、数据及软件资源,建立了天文学研究云计算环境,为用户提供云主机、云应用软件、网络存储、数据检索等多样化的服务。针对IPv4网络协议地址空间不足,网络带宽受限,导致用户在使用广域云资源服务时速度慢、交互困难的问题,提出采用基于IPv6网络的云计算解决方案。中国虚拟天文台云计算环境在保证现有IPv4网络稳定运行的同时,设计实现了直连IPv6网络方案及主干IPv6网络方案,在所有的云资源服务应用中实现了对IPv6协议的支持。用户使用IPv6协议访问云计算环境时,文件上传下载的速度提升了10倍以上,远程桌面的体验有了明显的改善。
China-VO utilizes the latest cloud computing technologies to integrate physically distributed astronomical computing, storage, data and software resources over the network. China Virtual Observatory cloud computing environment to ensure the stable operation of the existing IPv4 network at the same time, designed and implemented a direct connection IPv6 network solutions and backbone IPv6 network solutions in all cloud resource service applications to achieve the IPv6 protocol support. Users using IPv6 protocol to access the cloud computing environment, the file upload and download speeds increased more than 10 times, remote desktop experience has been significantly improved.
