浙江省淳安县茧丝绸总公司地处景色秀丽的千岛湖畔,成立于1989年,1996年实行茧丝绸贸工农一体化管理体制改革。主要担负全县蚕桑生产、收烘服务和茧丝绸经营与管理,是一家贸工农一体化、产供销一条龙、服务网络健全、质量效益良好的国有企业。现为省级骨干农业龙头企业、省级农业科技企业,也是全省惟一的省级蚕桑业科技创新中心。内设7个科室、6个蚕茧管理总站、2个经营性实体,总站下辖28个茧站、5个茧库;在职员212147人,拥有蚕桑生产技术人员49人、蚕茧收烘人员60名,其中高级技术职称7人、中级技术职称38人;现有资产总额8209万元,资产负债率40%,主要生产经营蚕茧、自厂丝、丝织品、服装等产品,年销售产值超3亿元,其中年外贸出口供货总值达660万美元;银行资信等级为AAA级。几年来,公司坚持“以民为本,蚕农第一;以人为本,员工第一;以诚为本,信誉第一”的生产经营理念,以蚕桑西进工程
Zhejiang Pan’an Silk Co., Ltd. is located on the banks of the beautiful Qiandao Lake and was established in 1989. Among them, the total value of foreign trade and export supply reached 6.6 million U.S. dollars; the bank credit rating was AAA.
