目的研究龙胆科龙胆属小秦艽Gentiana dahurica干燥花的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、MCI、反相ODS等色谱材料进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果从小秦艽花的乙醇提取物中分离得到20个化合物,包括8个三萜类成分:栎瘿酸(1)、3β-乙酰氧基-28-羟基-12-烯-齐墩果烷(2)、28-羟基-α-香树脂醇(3)、28-羟基-β-香树脂醇(4)、α-香树脂醇(5)、β-香树脂醇(6)、熊果酸(7)、齐墩果酸(8);12个黄酮类成分:1-羟基-3,7,8-三甲氧基酮(9)、山柰酚(10)、柚皮素(11)、芹菜素(12)、木犀草素(13)、(2S)-5,4′-二羟基-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖-2,3-二氢黄酮(14)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(15)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(16)、木犀草素-6-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(17)、芹菜素-6-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(18)、芹菜素-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(19)、木犀草素-6-C-β-D-葡萄糖-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(20)。结论化合物1~11、13~16、19、20均为首次从小秦艽花中分离得到;化合物2~7、9~11、13~16、19、20均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Gentiana dahurica dry flowers. Methods Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MCI, reverse phase ODS and other chromatographic materials were isolated and purified by chemical and physical properties and spectral data identified the structure of compounds. RESULTS: Twenty compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extracts of the genus Petal, including 8 triterpenes: omega-3 (1), 3β-acetoxy-28-hydroxy-12- (3), 28-hydroxy-β-amygalalcohol (4), α-amyrin (5), β-amyrin (6), ursolic acid 7), oleanolic acid (8), 12 flavonoids: 1-hydroxy-3,7,8-trimethoxy ketone (9), kaempferol (10), naringenin (12), luteolin (13), (2S) -5,4’-dihydroxy-7-O-β-D-glucose-2,3- flavanone (14), apigenin- O-β-D-glucopyranoside (15), luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (16), luteolin-6-C-β-D-glucopyranoside Apigenin-6-C-β-D-glucopyranoside (18), apigenin-6-C-β-D-glucose-7-O-β-D-glucoside (19) Luteolin-6-C-β-D-glucose-7-O-β-D-glucoside (20). CONCLUSION Compounds 1-11, 13-16, 19 and 20 were isolated from Petunia for the first time. Compounds 2 to 7, 9 to 11, 13 to 16, 19 and 20 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
