目的 评价血液灌流清除人体内毒鼠强的效果。方法 用气相色谱法监测 3例毒鼠强中毒患者在血液灌流过程中灌流器进口和出口、血液灌流后 72h内患者血中毒鼠强浓度变化以及灌流器中毒鼠强的吸附量。结果 血液灌流器进口处患者血液中毒鼠强浓度在灌流过程中基本保持不变 ;血液灌流后 72h内患者体内毒鼠强浓度变化不大 ;血液灌流器吸附毒鼠强 1 .0 3~ 1 .55mg。结论 血液灌流虽然不能够有效降低患者血液中毒鼠强浓度 ,但一次灌流能清除 1mg左右的毒鼠强
Objective To evaluate the effect of hemoperfusion on removal of tetramine in rats. Methods Gas chromatographic method was used to monitor the strong concentration change of blood poisoned rats and the strong adsorption capacity of poisoned rats in blood perfusion in 3 patients with poisoned tetramine poisoning during blood perfusion. Results The strong concentration of blood poisoned rats in the blood at the entrance of hemostat basically remained unchanged during the perfusion; the strong concentration of tetramine in rats did not change much within 72 hours after blood perfusion; .55mg. Conclusion Although hemoperfusion can not effectively reduce the concentration of blood poisoning rats, a perfusion can remove about 1mg tetramine
