用均匀设计法优选了测柏叶中槲皮苷的提取纯化工艺。结果表明：乙醇浓度、用量、浸泡时间以及水的用量、萃取溶剂体积对槲皮苷得率都有直接的影响；而氯化钠及pH值对得率影响不大。
Uniform design method was used to optimize the extraction and purification process of quercitrin in P. chinensis leaves. The results showed that ethanol concentration, dosage, soaking time, amount of water, and volume of extraction solvent had a direct effect on the yield of quercitrin; while sodium chloride and pH had little effect on the yield.
