提出一种评价润滑的新概念—平坦率。表示钢丝表面平坦部分的特性值称为平坦率α,它是钢丝平坦部分面积与总面积的比值。α值愈小,钢丝表面流体润滑表面积比例愈大。平坦率测定方法如下:用化学方法除去钢丝表面涂层和润滑剂,在扫描电子显微镜下进行表面摄影,复制出可识别平坦部和凹部的拷贝,用自动照相分析仪计算出平坦
A new concept of evaluating lubrication - flatness is proposed. The characteristic value representing the flat portion of the surface of the steel wire is referred to as the flatness α, which is the ratio of the area of the flat portion of the steel wire to the total area. The smaller the value of α, the greater the proportion of fluid lubrication surface area on the wire surface. Flatness was measured by the following method: chemically removing the surface coating of steel wire and the lubricant, performing surface photography under a scanning electron microscope, copying a copy recognizing a flat portion and a concavity, calculating the flatness by an automatic photographic analyzer
