“国家中职、高职学校专业骨干教师培训”作为国家职业教育的重要人才培养工程,是实施职业教师素质提高计划的重要环节。面对新时代师资培训发展的要求,引入“对话”工作机制,从基本框架、管理路径和培训氛围创建等方面,为师资培训管理过程提供独特视角。培训过程中尝试使用“对话”管理师资培训过程,作为全新视觉的新事物,进一步丰富培训管理工作理念,提供新的培训管理思路。 “National secondary vocational school, vocational school backbone teacher training ” as the national occupation education important personnel training project, is the implementation of professional teachers to improve the quality of the program an important part.
