“国家中职、高职学校专业骨干教师培训”作为国家职业教育的重要人才培养工程,是实施职业教师素质提高计划的重要环节。面对新时代师资培训发展的要求,引入“对话”工作机制,从基本框架、管理路径和培训氛围创建等方面,为师资培训管理过程提供独特视角。培训过程中尝试使用“对话”管理师资培训过程,作为全新视觉的新事物,进一步丰富培训管理工作理念,提供新的培训管理思路。
“National secondary vocational school, vocational school backbone teacher training ” as the national occupation education important personnel training project, is the implementation of professional teachers to improve the quality of the program an important part. In the face of the requirement of teacher training in the new era, the introduction of “dialogue ” working mechanism provides a unique perspective for the process of teacher training management from the aspects of basic framework, management path and training atmosphere. In the process of training, we try to use “dialogue” to manage teacher training process, as a new visual new things, further enrich the training management concept and provide new training management ideas.
