为探讨匍匐翦股颖与高羊茅品种混播的潜力,分析了匍匐翦股颖品种‘Penn A4’根际分泌物对6个高羊茅品种发芽率、生物量和生理指标的影响。结果显示:匍匐翦股颖根际分泌物对高羊茅品种的影响,总体表现为2 mg·mL~(-1)浓度促进、4 mg·mL~(-1)浓度抑制的趋势;高羊茅品种对匍匐翦股颖根际分泌物的反应呈现明显的品种间差异,‘爱瑞三号’最为敏感,‘正义’较为钝感。研究结果表明,通过选择合适的品种和比例关系进行匍匐翦股颖与高羊茅的混播,对于改善草坪草的景观效果,延长观赏期,提高草坪草的抗性等具有重要的意义。
In order to explore the potential of mixed propagation of creeping bentgrass and tall fescue varieties, the effects of creeping bentgrass ’Penn A4’ rhizosphere secretion on the germination rate, biomass and physiological index of six tall fescue varieties were analyzed. The results showed that the effects of creeping bentgrass rhizosphere secretions on tall fescue varieties were as follows: 2 mg · mL -1 (-1) and 4 mg · mL -1 (-1) The response of Mao breed to rhizosphere secretions of creeping bentgrass showed obvious inter-breed differences. ’Breath 3’ was the most sensitive and ’justice’ was more insensitive. The results showed that it is of great significance to improve the landscape effect of turfgrass, extend the ornamental period, and improve the resistance of turfgrass by choosing the appropriate variety and the ratio of the mixture of creeping bentgrass and tall fescue.
