应用 Blomen建立的体外一水草酸钙结晶动力学研究方法 ,研究了新近合成的二磷酸盐 PPD和 PPC对一水草酸钙晶体生长与聚集的影响。实验结果表明 :低浓度 PPD、 PPC (≤ 10μmol/ L )对草酸钙晶体生长的抑制程度分别为 95 .4%和 6 8.6 % ,显著高于 EHDP(5 1.7% )和 PPI(2 1.6 % ) (P<0 .0 1) ,并具有抑制一水草酸钙晶体聚集的作用(Tmi/ Tm c>1) ,而 EHDP促进晶体聚集 (Tmi/ Tmc<1)。据此推测 :PPD、PPC有可能成为一类更有效防治结石复发的药物。
The crystallization kinetics of calcium oxalate monohydrate, established by Blomen, was used to study the effect of newly synthesized diphosphate PPD and PPC on the growth and aggregation of calcium oxalate monohydrate crystals. The results showed that the inhibitory effect of low concentration of PPD and PPC (≤10μmol / L) on the growth of calcium oxalate crystals were 95.4% and 66.6%, which were significantly higher than that of EHDP (51.7%) and PPI (21.6% (P <0.01), and inhibited the aggregation of calcium oxalate monohydrate crystals (Tmi / Tmc> 1), whereas EHDP promoted crystal aggregation (Tmi / Tmc <1). According to this speculation: PPD, PPC may become a more effective prevention and treatment of stone recurrence of the drug.
