本文对起重机3级齿轮减速器建立了优化设计数学模型,对重量最轻和中心距最小这两项设计目标的关系和齿轮的设计规津,以及齿轮传动中混合型设计变量的处理方法等问题进行了较深入的探讨,并以实例计算,取得了较满意的结果。本文的设计思想与处理方法对多级齿轮减速器的优化设计具有普遍的意义。
