现代人们消费观念日益改善,国内超高层酒店建筑也迅速增加。以北京某酒店和商业服务为主的超高层建筑为例,探索其暖通空调系统设计与常规类型建筑的不同。围绕超高层酒店设计参数、空调冷热源系统、空调风系统和水系统、加压和防排烟系统以及自控系统等进行了详细的介绍。通过对此工程设计的分析,为以后同类工程项目的设计提供参考。 The concept of modern people’s consumption is improving day by day, and the construction of super-high-rise hotels in China also increases rapidly. Taking a high-rise building with a hotel and commercial service in Beijing as an example, this paper explores the differences between the HVAC system design and the conventional type of building. Around the ultra-high-rise hotel design parameters, air-conditioning heat source system, air conditioning and wind systems and water systems, pressure and smoke control systems and smoke control systems were described in detail. Through the analysis of this engineering design for the design of similar projects to provide a reference.
