2016年12月11日,由全国高等学校文科学报研究会民办高校系统联络中心暨全国民办高校学报研究会主办、广东培正学院承办的全国民办高校学报研究会一届五次研讨会在广州举行,与会领导与代表们紧紧围绕“学报如何服务民办高校发展”的主题展开了深入探讨。全国高等学校文科学报研究会原理事长、《北京师范大学学报》原主编潘国琪在会上作了专题报告,从学报“反映学校教学科研成果、推动学科建设、促进学术交流传播及培养学术新人”四大本体功能出发,阐述了需要明确并着重处理好的“主动与被动”“特色与质量”“学术交流传播与学术社会影响力”和“学术新人与学术可持续发展”四个关系,并真切希望民办高校学报同仁们坚持以导向为立刊之魂、以质量为强刊之本、以特色为兴刊之路,以大国工匠精益求精的精神,使尽洪荒之力的拼劲,持续不断地把刊物做好、做大、做强。今特刊发全文,以飨读者。
