我们在生产中,经常遇到各种尺寸的非标准垫圈及异型垫圈。为适应生产需要,我们设计了一种封闭式的通用模架(见附图),它具有体积小、制造简单、操作方便、不易损坏和适用范围较大等优点。该模架用凸凹模固定板12和导套2自身导向,定位效果较好,不用成本较高的标准模架就可以满足生产需要,而且对冲床的要求也不高。凸凹模、冲头等需要更换的零件,均由自身的各接触面定位,顶丝固定,所以拆装都很方便,特别适合于小批量生产。
We are in production, often encounter various sizes of non-standard washers and special washers. In order to meet the production needs, we designed a closed universal mold (see photo), which has the advantages of small size, simple manufacturing, easy operation, easy to damage and a wide range of applications. The mold base is fixed with the concave-convex mold plate 12 and the guide sleeve 2 itself, and the positioning effect is better. The standard mold frame with higher cost can meet the production needs, and the requirements for the press are not high. Punch, punch and other parts need to be replaced by their own contact surface positioning, top wire fixed, so disassembly are very convenient, especially suitable for small batch production.
