目的:回顾性分析在我院接受的翼状胬肉64例患者,探讨角膜缘干细胞移植联合羊膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法:46例翼状胬肉患者接受了翼状胬肉切除加角膜缘干细胞联合羊膜移植。18例接受了翼状胬肉切除加丝裂霉素治疗。结果:接受翼状胬肉切除加角膜缘干细胞联合羊膜移植的46例患者中,术后2例翼状胬肉复发;18例接受翼状胬肉切除加丝裂霉素治疗的患者中有4例复发。结论:接受翼状胬肉切除加角膜缘干细胞联合羊膜移植后复发率低,术后刺激症状较轻,是治疗翼状胬肉的理想方法。
Objective: To retrospectively analyze 64 patients with pterygium received in our hospital and investigate the effect of limbal stem cell transplantation combined with amniotic membrane transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. METHODS: Forty-six patients with pterygium received pterygium excision plus limbal stem cell transplantation combined with amniotic membrane transplantation. Eighteen patients underwent pterygium resection plus mitomycin. RESULTS: Of the 46 patients who underwent pterygium excision plus limbal stem cell transplantation combined with amniotic membrane transplantation, 2 had recurrence of pterygium after surgery and 4 of 18 patients undergoing pterygium resection plus mitomycin had relapse. CONCLUSION: The low recurrence rate and the mild postoperative irritation after pterygium excision plus limbal stem cell transplantation combined with amniotic membrane transplantation are ideal for the treatment of pterygium.
