企业内部甚至部门内部,人与人之间都戴着面具,相互之间有很大的隔阂。这种情况使员工生活在压抑、沮丧的环境中,使人产生被遗弃感和孤独感,而这种感觉又强化了员工与企业的貌合神离,员工和管理者之间不能相互了解,不能获得彼此真实可靠的信息,也就无法建立密切的关系,甚至产生冲突和矛盾,从而缺乏奉献精神,也不关心整个公司的发展。分析出现这种现象的主要原因就是企业内部缺乏有效的沟通。
Inside the company and even within the department, people are wearing masks, there is a big gap between each other. This situation makes employees living in a depressed and frustrated environment, giving rise to feelings of abandonment and loneliness, which in turn reinforces the familiarity between employees and the enterprise. Employees and managers can not understand each other and can not get each other. Real and reliable information can not establish close relations, even conflict and contradiction, resulting in lack of dedication and lack of concern for the development of the entire company.
