近日,一项有关出口退税政策的颁布实施,让中国纺织工业又一次面临重大抉择。据了解,从今年7月1日开始,我国将实行新的出口退税政策,553项“高耗能、高污染、资源性”产品的出口退税将被取消,2268项容易引起贸易摩擦的商品的出口退税率将进一步降低。根据日前发布的《财政部国家税务总局关于调低部分商品出口退税率的通知》,此次出口退税政策调整共涉及2831项商品,约占海关税则中全部商品总数的37%。这是我国在今年数次调整相关商品进出口关税税率基础上,又一次大规模调整国家出口退税政策。
