在经济新常态下,加强中小微企业人才开发工作,显得十分重要和急迫。从研究文献和管理实践看,中小微企业人才开发策略可分宏观、微观层面,具体有8个方面的对策性建议。本文选取福建省企业人才资源开发与管理高峰论坛中的优秀企业为案例,尝试用案例阐释中小微企业人才开发的对策建议。
Under the new economic normal, it is very important and urgent to step up talent development in small, medium and micro-enterprises. Judging from the research literature and management practice, the talent development strategy for small, medium and large-sized enterprises can be divided into macroscopic and microcosmic aspects, and there are eight aspects of countermeasures. This paper chooses the outstanding enterprises in Fujian Talent Resource Development and Management Forum as a case, trying to explain the countermeasures and suggestions of developing Talents in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
