细绿萍是一种固氮能力强、繁殖速度快、耐盐性较强的高产水生绿肥作物.为了在盐土上放养好细绿萍,充分发挥其生物固氮作用,加速重盐土的改良和培肥,1981—1982年我们对细绿萍在不同盐分浓度下的长势、固氮活性及萍体氮磷含量作了测定研究,现将结果报告如下.一、方法与经过试验分两组:一组用海水稀释成0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9,1.0等10种含盐浓度的溶液,各加0.2%的磷酸二氢钾和20ppm柠檬酸铁.每体(面积314厘米~2)放置溶液1000毫升,并经常添加蒸馏水保持原溶液浓度.每钵放种萍20克,重复三次,每期放养15天,共做两期(一在温室、一在露天).另
