目前,冷轧管机的工艺利用系数是0.75～0.85。若送进卡盘的返回和轧辊对管坯的压下结合进行,作业时间则能得到充分利用。这样,在每一个轧制周期里必须完成管坯的夹紧、送进、回转和分离;而每次送进之后,夹紧装置返回到原来位置。借助凸轮机构能够保证夹紧机构按规定运动。整个回转一送进机构由两个夹紧斜楔、两个筒形凸轮和推料杆组成(图1)。
At present, the cold rolling mill process utilization factor is 0.75 ~ 0.85. If the feed back into the chuck and the roll pressed on the tube combination, the working time can be fully utilized. In this way, the tube blank must be clamped, fed, swiveled and separated during each rolling cycle; after each pass, the clamping device is returned to its original position. By means of the cam mechanism it is possible to ensure that the clamping mechanism moves in accordance with the regulations. The entire rotary feed mechanism consists of two clamping wedges, two cylindrical cams and pusher rods (Figure 1).
