对复高钛重矿渣混凝土的长期变形性和耐久性能进行研究,结果表明:复高钛重矿渣混凝土没有体积安定性问题,收缩变形和徐变均符合设计标准;复高钛重矿渣混凝土没有碱-骨料反应,其碳化性能、抗渗等级、氯离子扩散系数、硫酸盐抗蚀性能和抗冻等级均满足混凝土耐久性设计规范。对主要指标收缩和徐变性能进行机理研究和分析,并对原高钛渣混凝土工程进行耐久性抽样调查,其芯样混凝土抗压强度均高于设计强度,外观没有变异。试验成果对该种骨料混凝土的推广应用提供了重要参考依据。
The long-term deformation and durability of complex high-titanium slag concrete are studied. The results show that the complex high-titanium slag-slag concrete has no problems of volume stability, shrinkage deformation and creep meet the design standards; Material response, carbonization performance, impermeability grade, chloride ion diffusion coefficient, sulfate corrosion resistance and antifreeze grade meet the concrete durability design specifications. The main indicators of shrinkage and creep properties of the mechanism of research and analysis of the original high-titanium slag concrete durability of the sample survey, the core-like concrete compressive strength were higher than the design strength, the appearance of no variation. The test results provide an important reference for the popularization and application of this type of aggregate concrete.
