目前,水电站机座,特别是大中型水电站广泛采用的圆筒式机座,因其应力状态复杂而又无完善的理论分析方法,所以在工程实践中只能作近似计算,并加大结构断面和多配钢筋,以图安全运行。为了探索和解决这个问题,我们结合南桠河水电站的设计,从探求机座工作状况和节约要求出发,应用三维光弹性技术,对机座应力问题进行了实验研究,取得一些成果。这里作一简要介绍,供参考。
At present, the cylindrical base of hydropower station, especially the large and medium-sized hydropower station, is only capable of approximate calculation in engineering practice because of its complex stress state and lack of perfect theoretical analysis method, and enlarges the structural section And more with steel, in order to safe operation. In order to explore and solve this problem, combined with the design of Nanxunhe Hydropower Station, we explored the working conditions and saving requirements of the machine base, and applied the three-dimensional photoelasticity technology to experimentally study the machine base stress.
