在我国经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型转变的时期,我们质量工作者要关注经济增长质量。1月8日《经济日报》“观察与借鉴”专刊登载余天心、王石生两同志撰写的《经济增长要素:中外国际比较》一文,把我国经济增长放在国际范围中比较分析,使我们从质量上区别其不同,做出量化比较和把握差距。现摘登其中6个方面、供参考。
