电力曲线和平均功率法在调整游梁抽油机平衡及节能上的应用

有杆泵采油是我国最常用的采油工艺,游梁式抽油机是有杆泵采油工艺的重要组成部分,目前在采油井的应用上超过了80%。在日常的生产管理中,调整抽油机的平衡,保持抽油机在平稳低耗的状态下运行,对降低采油生产成本、延长抽油机使用寿命、减少电能消耗,提高油田开发效益等方面具有重要意义。本文就电力曲线在调整游梁抽油机平衡,降低抽油机有功功率上作简要对比分析。 Pumping rod pump is the most commonly used oil recovery technology in our country. The beam pumping unit is an important part of the rod pump production technology. At present, the application of oil recovery wells exceeds 80%. In daily production management, the balance of the pumping unit is adjusted to keep the pumping unit running in a steady and low-consumption state, which is of great significance in reducing the production cost of oil recovery, extending the service life of the pumping unit, reducing the power consumption and improving the development benefit of the oilfield. It is of great significance. In this paper, a simple comparative analysis of the power curve in adjusting beam pumping unit balance and reducing the pumping unit active power.
