目的:研究鼻窍通合剂的体内外抑菌作用。方法:通过测定抑菌圈直径考察鼻窍通合剂对不同菌株的敏感性;采用二倍稀释法检测鼻窍通合剂的最小抑菌浓度(MIC);通过腹腔注射小鼠100%致死剂量(100%MLD)的金黄色葡萄球菌,观察鼻窍通合剂对小鼠死亡的保护作用。结果:肺炎链球菌、铜绿假单胞菌对鼻窍通合剂具有较强的敏感性,金黄色葡萄球菌、化脓链球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、无乳链球菌、痢疾志贺菌对鼻窍通合剂中度敏感;鼻窍通合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌、无乳链球菌、化脓链球菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、痢疾志贺菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为31.25 mg/m L、15.625 mg/m L、31.25 mg/m L、62.5 mg/m L、125 mg/m L、31.25 mg/m L、62.5 mg/m L;鼻窍通合剂低、中、高3个剂量组均显著降低金黄色葡萄球菌酵母悬液引起的小鼠死亡率。结论:鼻窍通合剂具有体内体外抑菌作用。
Objective: To study the antibacterial effect of Naoqiao Tonghe agent in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The sensitivity of BQD to different strains was investigated by determining the diameter of bacteriostatic zone. The MIC of the NQQT was detected by double dilution method. The mice were killed by intraperitoneal injection of 100% lethal dose (100 % MLD) Staphylococcus aureus to observe the protective effect of Nao Qiao Tong Mixture on mice’s death. Results: Streptococcus pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were sensitive to Nao Qiao Tong Mixture. Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus agalactiae and Shigella dysenteriae were very sensitive to nasal constriction Tonghe agent moderate sensitivity; nasopharynx Tong Tong agent Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Shigella dysenteriae minimum inhibitory concentration Respectively, which were 31.25 mg / m L, 15.625 mg / m L, 31.25 mg / m L, 62.5 mg / m L, 125 mg / m L, 31.25 mg / m L and 62.5 mg / Middle and high doses of 3 significantly reduce the mortality caused by S. aureus yeast suspension in mice. Conclusion: Nao Qiao Tong Mixture has antibacterial activity in vitro and in vivo.
