产科出血包括产前出血(antepartum haemorrhage,APH)和产后出血(PPH)。前文已介绍了英国妇产科医师学会(Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists,RCOG)《产后出血预防和管理指南(第2版)》的主要内容~([1-2]);现将RCOG的《产前出血管理指南》~([3])(以下简称《指南》)的主要内容介绍如下。1《指南》主要推荐意见概览(表1) Obstetric hemorrhage includes antepartum haemorrhage (APH) and postpartum hemorrhage (PPH). The main contents of the Guide to Prevention and Management of Postpartum Hemorrhage (Version 2) by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (RCOG) were introduced previously (1-2); RCOG’s “ Prenatal bleeding management guidelines ”~ ([3]) (hereinafter referred to as“ Guide ”), the main contents are described below. 1 Overview of the main recommendations of the Guide (Table 1)
