老话说年关难过,居家者要清理一年的卫生死角,采办年货,准备一大家人的聚会物资。远游者也要准备归来的礼物,抢购车票,走上拥挤的旅途。对于企业,年关到了,要总结一年的工作,结算一年的业绩,催销售回款,发年终奖;要计划下一年的工作,要调整人员配置,还要面临年后的人员流动的高峰时段;要联络上下游合作伙伴的感情,要应酬,要……。这些都让年关显得忙碌,显得不那么好过。我们将利用农历新年前的这段时间,通过每期采访一位管理者,共5位企业管理者的年关经历和感受,看看他们如何安排年关的时间,如何面对年关人员更迭的高峰时段,如何稳定军心,如何统筹规划……,看看他们的年关到底难过不难过。
