本文讨论了以微计算机为基础的分散型过程控制系统的产生条件和系统特征,将其系统特征归结为五点.接着分析了所论系统的网络拓朴、控制结构、接口标准和通信协议,并在其网结控制结构方面,提出了一些见解.本文还初步探讨了所论系统与局部网络和分布式计算机系统的区别,认为它已形成了一个独立的技术分支.最后,介绍和剖析了一个模件组合式分散控制系统iDCM,分析了它的技术特点和在国内目前条件下的开发优势,提出了开发iDCM可以成为发展国内自己的分散控制系统的有效途径之一.
This paper discusses the generation conditions and system characteristics of the distributed process control system based on micro-computer, and summarizes its system characteristics as five points.And then analyzes the network topology, control structure, interface standards and communication protocols, And put forward some opinions on its network node control structure.This paper also initially discussed the difference between the system in question and the local network and the distributed computer system and concluded that it has formed an independent technology branch.Finally, A modular decentralized control system (iDCM) is analyzed. Its technical features and development advantages under current domestic conditions are analyzed. It is pointed out that developing iDCM can be an effective way to develop its own decentralized control system.
