以玉米杂交种豫玉22的父母本综3和87-1构建的294个玉米F9:10家系为材料,通过北京上庄(2006年)和昌平(2007年)两年随机区组田间试验和分子标记分析,研究了玉米子粒体积和比重两个重要产量性状的遗传变异。采用复合区间作图法,2006年定位到了与子粒体积和比重相关的5个QTL,2007年定位到了与子粒体积和比重相关的10个QTL,有3个QTL两年均检测到,其中5个QTL与子粒体积相关,7个QTL与子粒比重相关。
A total of 294 F9: 10 maize F9: 10 maize lines, maize hybrid Yuyu22 were used as materials. The data were collected from field experiments and molecular analysis in Shangzhuang (2006) and Changping (2007) Marker analysis was conducted to study the genetic variation of two important yield traits of maize grain size and proportion. Using composite interval mapping method, five QTLs related to the grain size and specific gravity were mapped in 2006. In 2007, 10 QTLs related to the grain size and specific gravity were mapped. Three QTLs were detected in two years, of which 5 QTL was correlated with the grain size, and 7 QTLs were correlated with the grain weight.
