目前大量专业助手被美国普通学校聘任以协助普通教师和特殊教育专业人员为特殊学生提供特殊教育及相关服务,成为美国融合教育不可忽视的人员支持力量。经过多年发展,美国融合教育专业助手制度日趋完善。本文分析介绍了美国专业助手的概念、职责、聘任、培训与发展及监管与指导,在此基础上总结了美国融合教育专业助手制度的特点。
At present, a large number of professional assistants are hired by ordinary American schools to assist ordinary teachers and special education professionals in providing special education and related services to special students and becoming the support force for personnel that can not be neglected in the U.S. integration education. After years of development, the system of assistant assistants in the United States is getting better and better. This article analyzes and introduces the concepts, responsibilities, employment, training and development, supervision and guidance of American professional assistants. On this basis, it summarizes the characteristics of American professional assistant system of integrated education.
