三峡工程主要建筑物混凝土重力坝工程量巨大,坝基胶结面的强度参数对于大坝的设计影响很大,历年来选用的数值很不一致,近年外国专家也纷纷提出意见。为了对此问题求得明确的答案,本文汇总分析了多年来三峡大坝坝基胶结面抗剪强度试验成果和取值的演变过程以及各方讨论的意见,回顾了重力坝抗滑稳定分析方法的发展,叙述了剪摩公式取代纯摩公式的过程和国内外对胶结面强度参数设计取值的做法。 文中指出:抗剪试验时胶结面或混凝土底部的砂浆层是强度最差的控制面,由于实际的坝基胶结面凹凸度大得多,试验值是实际可能的下限,可根据大坝混凝土的标号和坝基正应力的范围,直接选用试验峰值的平均值作为设计计算值而不必进行折减。
